Chapter 13 isn't easy, and often doesn't bring about the desired result.

A chapter 13 does require discipline. You might want to talk to a bankruptcy attorney as suggested. The court can be asked about modifying your C. 13 plan. If you don't think that will work, a Chapter 13 can sometimes be converted to a Chapter 7 (unless you received a C. 7 discharge within the previous 8 years.) Talk to an attorney about your various options.
Agree, Pro. OP has to qualify for a C. 7 - that is why I said sometimes can be converted to a C. 7. (OP might have too much income/not enough expenses.....)
