Personal Bankruptcy Chapter 7

I am a single parent and just lost my job. Can I file bankrupcy against the IRS which states I owe $5400 in back taxes from 2007 and can I also include Social Security office who are harrassing me to pay back $9500 for the last 2 yrs which I am not responsible for?

You are never able to discharge debt in bankruptcy for child support, taxes, or student loans, you will not be able to discharge the debt for the Social Security either per this is the gonvernment. your best bet would be to start making some sort of arrangement with them.
