My name is Sarah and i will be turning 18 in December of 2009. I have never met my father and he and my mother were never married. I do receive child support but it comes in slow and in small amounts. My mother just recently changed her last name back to her maiden name. She had my older sisters fathers last name. but the have been divorced for about 17 years. I however continue to have my sisters fathers last name. I am looking to change it but i wish to have my fathers last am, not my mothers maiden name. So my question is how do i go about, if even possible, changing my last name so that i have my fathers last name, even though me and him have never met?
