Okay, Im a minor and am on probation. Im 16 years old and got caught with marijauna, a pipe, cigarettes, and a lighter on school grounds during school hours, I am living in california and recieved a ticket for the above. I was just placed in juvenile hall on the weekend for violating my probation (for truancies at school). I had less than a gram of marijauna and was not smoking it at the time. I was just searched because i was on the PE field when I wasnt supposed to be. oh, and I was placed on probation for criminal threats and battery. (PS: I have been drug free and am planning to be drug free up to the court date and after the court date too...What might happen to me? and what approach might I take on the judge in court?
