Consumer Fraud Cash advance threating to sue, I have not accepted any money from them...

A company calling themselves cash advance is harassing me, threatening me with affidavits and supenas, telling me they're going to blacklist my social security number and my drivers license. They DO have my actual numbers they have told them to me... I can barley understand what they are saying their accents are so heavy, something about receiving loans, which I have never accepted or received. Im not sure what to do about all this, can they actually sue me? Is my identity at risk since they have the numbers? what can I do?

They even know where I work and said they were going to contact my job...

They have worked this "con" from the sub-continent nation recently.

I would never speak to these crooks.

They want to steal your money.

Your identity could be at risk.

Have you investigated credit monitoring?

Legally there is no remedy.

Reporting them to the BBB couldn't hurt.

I doubt that it'll help all that my much.

These people are criminals.

They aren't operating a real business.

They're operating from some slum in India.

Reporting them would be like reporting the Taliban.
