My partner and I deceided to buy a vehicle-I paid cash for the vehicle-but we titled it in his name. He has left the relationship and took the vehicle. Can I take him to court to get my vehicle back ?

Why, because you foolishly let him title it solely in his name.

Yes stupid me I let him title the vehicle in his name. The title will be coming back to me from the state in a couple of weeks. Can I send the title back into the state and have my name put on the title?
