I had bought a car from a car lot.When i bought they car they told me that my tags would be to me within 4-6 weeks.Mind you i bought the car in september.I waited and waited then i got a letter from the dmv saying that not all the paper work was filled out.I went back down to the car lot and they told me that they did send in the paper work and the dmv must have lost the paperwork.I feel like i have been getting the run around on this car.I i left my car there.Iam current on all the payments.The next day i went by there and guess what?they had my car on the lot asking 3000.oo for this car.Now what iam needing to know if can they do that by law?I paid for the car up intil dec 13th but they put it on the lot before that
