Hi I am new to this forum and not sure if this is the right thread. But here is my situation. I did an outright sell to a car dealership in San Jose, CA Stevens Creek Volkswagen. Now they are claiming that the title they received says NOT ACTUAL MILEAGE RECORDED on their title. They ran a car fax prior to purchasing my vehicle and said it was clean that is why they purchased it. What is the first step should I take? Should contact the dealership first or should I get legal representation. I receieved $11,300 for the vehicle so is it even worth legal action?
