car accident

    Is there a law in the state of missouri that say's that if a person has a seisure he nor his insurance company can not be held responsable for that person personal injury

    I doubt there is such a law. The question seems to be one that would be answered by tort law or other appropriate causes of action. For example, what if a person was experiencing more seizures than normal. They drove their car and a seizure occurred while driving and resulted in an accident. There would certainly be a cause of action for negligence of the driver, who knew or should have known that a seizure was likely to occur and it was foreseeable an accident would result.
