I was in a car accident that caused me a lot of problems. I was blindsided by an idiot who seems to have been driving drunk or under the influence of something. The police came and wrote up the accident report in my favor but I had to go to a hospital due to injuries that I sustained in the accident.

The car accident happened in New Jersey and I want to sue this young idiot who probably has lots of money and explains his irresponsibility in his mega expensive car. I heard something about no fault insurance or no fault law and I don't know what that means. Does it mean that it doesn't matter whose fault this accident is? This isn't about the money as much as it is all the stuff that happened to me because of this jerks irresponsible behavior.

You need to report the accident to your ins. co. (if you haven't already) & work with them.
