I signed a rental contract that hasnt even started yet. Is there any way of getting out of it and getting my money back because the house is infested with termites, roaches, and ants?

That depends on what you paid, and what you agreed to do.

But, each case can be different.

If the house is in such a condition that it can not legally be rented out, then you may have some luck.... you need to determine if the conditions meet the requirements in your state law.
