I rented a room for 6 months.
I signed the contract when gave part of the rent. Feb.8th to separate the room . but I moved on the 18th., date
That paid my rent .
On August 8th received the cancellation notice of the contract.
But landlord informed me that I have to move-out on the 8th of August if I want my deposit back . It is ok?
No time to look for another room?
Please help me I'm 71 years old and sick person . Thank you
