Hi,
I have a question I'm hoping somone can help me with. I am born Canadian, my mom is born American, and my dad is Italian. My mom has obtained dual citizenship as she moved to Canada when she was 18 with her family.
Back in 1993, my mom got transfered for work reasons to Florida, being her daughter I was issued a US ALIEN CARD and Social Insurance Number, allowing me to work and/or go to school.
6 months later we were transfered back to Canada, and being 19 I moved back with her. Since being back I lost my paperwork when our home got robbed.
My question is this, I would like to move back to the states to be with my boyfriend who is an American. Can I;
A) Reapply for a US Alien Card
B) Get sponsored by my uncle who is not in the same state
C) Marry my boyfriend who is on probation
D) Will they allow him to sponsor me?
Please, any info would be greatly appreciated!
