K Visa Canadian Marrying H1-B visa holder

Hello Everyone:

I`m a canadian. I shall be going to india next month to get married to my fiance who is H1-B visa holder in US.I`m presently in canada and I`m planning to take a flight to india through usa itself. What are the procedures I need to follow to reenter usa after getting married. Normally I dont need a visa to enter usa.

Please help its very urgent.

What seems to be the problem? Are you concerned about entering the US from India? My understanding is that as long as you establish Canadian citizenship, you should be fine. Those documents include a birth certificate, citizenship certificate or a valid Canadian passport.
