My husband was the president of an s-corp. He was also a shareholder along with a partner. The company went out of business. The corporation is being sued by an ex-employee for breach of contract (the corporation could not pay him any more). The corporation has been dissolved and has no assets. Can this person still persue this matter and if so can he get to our personal assets?
