my boyfriend needs to renew his green card he was arrested in 2008 he was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and sexual abuse in the third degree. the case was dismissed and he was never convicted. the record was sealed pursuant to section 160.50 of the cpl. he has been out of trouble since. can he be deported, should he seek an immigration lawyer?

He was in high school when this happened and he was falsely accused..
