do you have to have a birth certificate to live in America? can you discharge debt since a trust was setup at "birth" thru the "Birth certificate" this was a contract we unknowingly were forced into. also can you give back the birth certificate?

No, no, and yes, but giving it back will not mean anything and you would just have to pay for a replacement when you find you need one.
