Consumer Law, Warranties Can you contract your inheiritance away?

My mom died in 2003, I was duressed into contracting her stock in a multi-million dollar bussiness away, in which she owned half. I also have Aspergers Syndrome, Which is High Functioning Autism. Would I be able to contract, I am not under guardianship. This happend in 89'
