Alcohol & Drugs: DUI, DWI Can this be fought?

Recently arrested for DUI but feel there was no reason for the officer to pull me over. I was told I was pulled over because I had Overhead lights on my truck. I can't seem to find where this is illegal. The officer said i was also speeding but never gave me a ticket for it. Can I fight this?

You can try and fight anything. However, if the officer claims you were speeding, that's going to be hard to dispute ... especially if you were impaired.

Whether the overhead lights are unlawful or not depends on your state, and whether they were activated or not.
