I have an Aunt who filed for bankruptcy. I have another Aunt who recently passed away who owned a home. It was left to the Aunt who had filed for bankruptcy. Can it legally be foreclosed on since it is now in the Aunts name who filed for bankruptcy. The house has been paid for fully. It is on the market to be sold. What are my Aunts rights?
