My son was recently charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. 9 years ago he had 3 felony charges where adjudication was withheld. With these new charges the da is counting these old felonies from when he was a minor to calculate his sentence. I thought that adjudication withheld meant they couldn't count these charges from 9 years ago.
