Jul 21, 2006 #3 D Duranie Moderator Probably not. Your husband is also responsible for the affair-nobody forced him into it. In the olden days you might have been able to sue on grounds on Alienation of Affection but that does not really exist anymore. It takes two to tango. I suggest you see a divorce attorney.
