I recently invested money into getting my brother in law business back running after being idle for lack of funds.Imade a verbal agreement with him that we would be full partners before i would invest anything.Have witnesses to said agreement and nothing in writing.After getting him back in business he decided i was no longer needed.we have two business leases currently and ive not recieved any thing from the business much less the money i invested.Was wondring if someone could tell me if thier is any legal resolution to this problem.
