I was terminated by the agent of my employer, the agen was the owner of a property management co hired by my emplyer to supervise me.

I was hired by the owner and signed a contract signed by the agent of Employer.

The agent harrased and wrongfully terminated due to my illness I contend.

Why cant I sue both of them the Owner of the property I managed and the agent?

Instead of posting continual new threads with different information in each, it would be much easier on the responders if you would put all your questions in one thread.

You MUST have a right to sue letter from the EEOC or your state human rights commission before you can sue anyone.

Sorry I didnt realize you were so thourough here, I apollogise for spreading my inquiry all over the place.

I did get a right to sue but I only named the owners of the buildings I managed not the agent/management co. I was told it wasnt advised to sue them. Didnt say i couldnt but said it wasnt necessary.

Is that the case?

Well, whether it is or not, if you've already got your RTS letter it's too late now.

You also need to get on the stick to find an attorney, because you only have 90 days from the issuance of the RTS to file suit.
