US citizens must first pledge allegiance to Barack Obama and become vegans.

Then they must pass drug, alcohol, and smoke testing.

Because all US citizens must pledge to abstain from drinking alcohol or using illicit drugs I don't think you'll ever become one, you're an admitted alcoholic and have been caught drunk driving, twice. I wish I had better news, but you did want the truth, right?

It appears you are caught between Barack and a hard place. I would not plan on citizenship, you have extreme moral turpitude issues.

And now for the correct legal response:

You need to find out what the highest potential penalty was/is for both offenses. It doesn't matter whether you were given a lesser sentence, a deferred sentence or what - what matter is the POTENTIAL maximum sentence.

Once you do that, you'll have a better idea of your options.
