My jurisdiction is: ohio

I work in home health and a supervisor not mine pops in when ever he wants. One day the door was shut and he walked in univited while i was with my client who is mr/dd in bed at all times. I reported him. Nothing was done. Now I lock the door and he now came and looked in the window at me. I have reported him again and nothing was done. He has had a previous sex har. suite against him with another employee. He is really starting to fighten me and nothing is being done, Can I quit my job and recieve uneployment till I find andother job? I s this "good cause?"

Probably not. If you quit generally you are not eligible for unemployment.

I would file a complaint with the EEOC and maybe report him again to his superiors.

Looking in the window at you is scarcely sexual harassment and it's highly unlikely that you would get unemployment if you quit for this reason.
