Can I get an annulment?

My husband has cheated on me since we got married. At the time we got our marriage license I wasn't aware that his divorce was not final. We got married Feb 2nd and that was the day the judgement paper said his divorce is final. Is it possible to get an annulment under these circumstances? My residency is in California.

This is really old, but it seems to get asked quite a bit. If one spouse is already married at the time of a second marriage, the second marriage will be void. Barring unusual circumstances it should be possible to get an annulment. If the spouse knew that he was still married at the time of the second marriage, that spouse could be subject to prosecution for bigamy.
