Can I get alimony after 5 year marriage? Mediation in 2 days FL

We are divorcing - mediation is Friday (2 days). I have been a stay at home Mom entire time with our three children. Further, I was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor (my husband) the year before we were married. This has contributed to my inability to get a job or use my degree for a professional position (as I once had). He makes 35-40G per year including mileage. What can I expect? I'm afraid because despite owning my own home - he let the property tax check bounce and is already living with and supporting another woman and her two children.

You might get 1 or 2 years of alimony at the most. He probably will not be required to pay more than that because you got in trouble. You need to see an attorney. You can still work, you have to look hard enough for a job that will hire you. 35-40k is really not that much, especailly to support 2 families with. Mileage is probably not counted as income since he uses that to maintain the car with.
