I am thinking about recdending my plea agreement in whick my children were returned to my coustody from CPS then were again taken. Since they were taken a second time I have gotten only a run around and no clear understanding of what must be done for them to return again. I was wondering if I could resend my plea agreement and also get a differnt lawer to help me get a clear understanding of what must be done to have my children home

Your kids are being taken for a reason. Figure out what is going on in that house and fix it. You cannot rescind a plea agreement if you agreed to it. What is the whole story here?

First, in deprivation cases there is no such thing as a plea agreement. If you did something before a judge you probably agreed that you were depriving your children and agreed to a safety/case plan. You violated that case plan in some way to have your children taken back into custody. You would have had a hearing when that happened, so telling us you don't know why doesn't ring true.

You can't take back your consent to the deprivation. You have to work through the case plan now. If you don't, they will Terminate your Parental Rights.

What were the grounds upon which they took your children. Don't tell us you don't know, I know you do know that.
