The custodial parent and my 13 year old daughter have agree that they do not have to abide by the court ordered visitation anymore. The past 3 months proves not only are we not seeing my daughter, even worse, she doesn't want to come over. If I agree to this without filing anything in court, can they bend the truth later and sue me for neglect of visitation as though it were my doing?

your daughter doesnt decide

do not agree to this. your daughter, untill she is 18, does not get to decide wether or not she is going to visit you. she is a child, and doesnt get to dictate. id inform the cp that you expect her and your daughter to comply with the court order, or you will file for contempt. and if it continues, you will file for custody. do not let them get away with this, you have a right to see your daughter.
