Can I be forced to take a paternity test in California?

Please allow me explain the scenario. In October of 1993 I was dating Ms. TH, for easier reading we'll dub her as "MsTH". In December if 1993 MsTH disappeared without notice to become engaged to her ex-boyfriend. In May of 1993 MsTH was married [Santa Clara County] and in late September of 1993 gave birth to a son [Santa Clara County]. In February of 1997 I became married to another person as well [San Mateo County]. In 2005 [approximate] MsTH divorced from her husband after bearing two [2] children during the term of her marriage. Earlier this year I too finalized a divorce from my wife of 10 years after bearing two [2] children during the term of my marriage. MsTH has since attempted to contact me six [6] different times [San Mateo County] without notice at work and in the middle of the night at my home. I have been informed through gossip channels that, although MsTH originally told her ex-husband he was the father, MsTH now claims her first child born, in 1994, was fathered by me and the lack of resemblance between her ex-husband and son was the eventual reason for her marital problems which consequently led to a divorce.

To be honest it is a little spooky how MsTH even knows where I live, so this becomes a two part question.
1. Can I be forced to take a paternity test based on here-say from 14 years ago and
2. What should I do to secure a restraining order to prevent MsTH from coming around my home, office or even my children?

Yes you have to test the test if ordred by a court

If Mom has threatened you or your property and you have evidence of such you can seek a restraining order

Yes you ca be forced to take a paternity test. Failure to do so if it is court ordered and you likely will be named the father by default.

If no legal father was ever named for that child, that means if she was not legally married at the time of the birth, paternity can be establishe by someone else at any time. If she was married at the time of birth, you can dispute it you'll probably need a lawyer.

why, u scared to be daddy or what? i know, i would want to know if its mine or not, so that only give me one thought- dead beat dad?
