I went to deAler and bought a 2015 new crv . Paid them in full . They told me they would have the car that evening and I could get it tomorrow evening. Meanwhile I was lent a car from them until I got my car. I had planned to visit my daughter and grand kids 200 miles away. I was told I was not allowed to drive that far.so now I had to rent a room , hang around and wait. Plus buy breakfast , lunch and dinner. They have deposited my money in their account ,I traded my car for bottom $ trade with them . Well I am still waiting for my car can I pull out of this contract.

You PAID IN full, BEFORE YOU GOT THE GOODS.

Every novice streetwalker knows, get the MONEY before you give up the GOODS!

The lowest, street level; dope dealer knows to get the MONEY, before you hand off the dope!

Your problem would be several:
Read the contract.
It more than likely has some "weasel" words that allow the dealer to get away with slow performance and/or delivery.
Even if the contract fails to mention slow performance, the dealer could simply say, the cars on the way, dude.
To which you reply, I want my money now, dude.
To which the dealer says, sue me, dude.
You are free to ask.
If they agree, good for you.
If they say, no way, sue me.
Off to court you go.

When I was in 1st grade, we traded marbles. But, we always made the exchange at the exact same time.
Even six years know, don't pay until you get the goods.

No, you can't back out of a contract because you had to pay for your meals or housing. You would have had those expenses anyway. It isn't clear why you are in a hotel and not your home. Either way, your lodging is not the responsibility of the dealer.
