I have a 3 year old daughter. Her father has not had anything to do with her since she was 8 months old. He is a bad person, always in trouble, very bad temper. . . the whole nine yards. We have went to court and he was told the only way he could see her again was to take it back to court when the time came. Thank god he hasnt. But what im wondering is there something that states that after so many years he cant see her. Im not exactly sure what its called. But I have heard that after like 5 years even if he wanted to he wont be able too!! I hope this isnt too confusing!! If anyone has any ideas please let me know!! Thanks!
