just after the birth of his daughter there mother got the kids taken away. the youngest is now 11 the oldest is just a year older so it has been quite some time. when they got taken they were split up into foster care. There dads (my fiance) parents got cutsody of them so they would stay together and he could see them whenever he wanted. they had him sign his rights over, and he wasnt educated on any other options he just did what they old him and he didnt know any better, the grandparents then adopted them ( cause they get money for it) I have been around since the youngest was 3 yrs old me and there uncle are best friends. no one has been ok with the way they have been raising them and now its just not acceptable with whats going on now. is there a any way at all to get his parental rigth re-established and gain custody back depending on what is presented against the grandparents and the lack of him being educated on information when he signed his rights over or is he just out of luck ???
