calling out sick

I have a question,I work as a saleried worker.I called my boss and told him that im sick and cant come into work,He said you need to come in at work,again I told him im sick and again he said you need to come in at work.Then i hung up the phone.he called me again but didnt answer..Please give me some advise what should I do...
