Under California law, is there a code or section requiring all public entities to keep any and all documents having or possibly having any evidentiary value, whether it be any document related to traffic, court prosecution or other? I mean if in any legal situation and documents are used, signed, etc., are any and all documents related to any situation required to be retained, by law?
