I signed a buyer agency agreement contract in MA
The contract is set to end in Feb 2006. The agent wrote on the contract the wrong year. He meant 2007, but wrote the wrong date for the termination line. The only other date on the contract is from November(11/04/06) when the contract started, which is on the top line next to our names.
The first paragraph states when it is set to end which reads 02/04/06.
Is this considered a clerical error, or is this not legally binding since there is no techincal date or termination set?
Please serious answers, I wrote this on another forum, but so far have single mothers in Ohio giving legal advice. I am not buying a house behind my realtor's back, I just want out of the contract as our personalities do NOT mesh well. Wanted to know if this discrepancy is binding.
thank you!
