i am nervous. I have heard so many stories regarding the hidden fees, and disclosed regulations when purchasing from builders. Well my questions is should I get a lawyer: is it expensive, are you allow to walk in with a lawyer before signing any documents. I am a first time home buyer. I do not know what I am doing, so I am afraid that a time which suppose to bring joy and comfort to my family turns into a total mess, and lost of hard earn money. What type of lawyer do I need; one in real estate law, banking and finance, or contracts. I don't know. Please help. thank martha
