Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Busted for pot and a pipe for the 2nd time

I was just busted for having weed and a pipe at school. This is the second time this has happend. Two days earlier I was caught shoplifting a total amont of 96.00 dollers. I was put in juvinal hall for 1 night for the weed. I am only 14 years old. What should I expect in court. Do the cops always turn thier reports into to the courts , because i know a guy who was caught with a pipe and never had to go to court.
