I have my own small equestrian business with a website, I have recently left the premises and am currently looking for somewhere new however our old premises have been re leased. Their business is in the same field. The new leasee has contacted me and agressively requested that we remove out website. The website no long contains any reference to the old address and any photos left on it are our own photos of our horses on the premises. Does this person have any right to ask us to remove the website?
