I have owned a small business for 13 years. Business has been slow for the last two years but this year it has really been horrible with the sagging economy and all. I have been supporting the business, not the business supporting me. I have used up almost all of my money. I still have a 3 year lease and owe $50,000+ in misc. bills. I do not own a home, I rent. I have no other assetsexcept my car. I cannot stay in business any longer I will totally run out of money way before my lease is up.t I don't know what to do about my lease, etc. I need advise if I even can claim bankruptcy and will I be able to keep any money at all.
