My husband was driving a tow truck and It broke down, his boss hired a bigger tow truck to get the truck back so it could be repaired. while riding in the other truck they ran out of gas, so the other driver tried to prime the carb. 3 different times, and couldnt get it to work so he asked my husband to try and while he is under the hood the other driver starts the truck and it blows up and my husband caught on fire. so is the other companies insurance the one to contact?

You probably want to contact the truck driver's employer. They would be responsible for acts of their employees as well as having the insurance policy covering the act.
