I am a 40 yr old women in Wisconsin. I have been charged with burglary of a building when no one was there. I have a clean record never have been in trouble in the past. This is a F felony. I am wondering what my chances are of getting probation and staying out of jail/prison. I am in the process of finding a criminal lawyer. Does anyone have any advice or know my chances of staying out of jail.
