i'm in north carolina. My husband signed lease for restaurant for 5 year lease
so far still have 2 more years to go, but bussiness going down we don't have money to pay rent. my husband put our house with lease personal asset, i signed it because the house is under my name,even i am not a applicant.
we are divorce and sold that house already. will we got sue if we breaking the lease? or what could happen?
