I was found guilty on 1st offense misdemeanor breach of trust i had to pay a fine that day of 500.00 and the 800.00 to the plaintiff in 30 days...what happens if i dont have the money within 30 days?

This:

South Carolina Code 17-25-323. Continuing jurisdiction over court-ordered payments; default; hearing to show cause; enforcement; entry in records; satisfaction of judgment - LawServer

I suggest you get in front of this by paying something, any amount, before the 30 days are up, and attach a letter that you'll be paying the balance as quickly as possible. Then keep paying as much as you can as frequently as you can.

Talking about paying is not paying. Paying is paying.

If the court converts the $800 to a judgment, the amount will grow with interest, fees, and costs, as well as end up trashing your credit score.
