Hi. I'm an office manager in the dental office. The dental office is one year old. It's located in a multi specialty medical building. We signed a non compete exclusive contract with the landlord stating that no other dentist can practice in the BUILDING.
We just found out that 2 dentists rented a suite on OUR FLOOR. Their practice is limited to TMJ joint disorders and sleep apnea.
There is no such specialty as per the North East Reginal Board. Any general dentist can perform these services. About 10-15% of our patients are treated for these problems in the office.
What are our options?
