Recently due to severe depression my aunt checked herself into facility for treatment, she lost her daughter 3 months ago.
My aunts supervisor told everyone in their office, that she was in a mental hospital. Isn't this a HUGE breach of confidentiality. We are taking things up with their HR dept. but if things are not resolved and my aunt looses her job can we take legal action for this.
