boss says i can't wear med. alert bracelet

I work at a fast food restaurant and because I have epilepsy, I wear a medical alert bracelet. I recently moved and will be needing to order a new one with my change of address. Today my manager told me that when I order a new one, I need to order the necklace so that I can tuck it in my shirt at work because I'm not allowed to wear bracelets. I prefer the bracelet and don't think it is fair that they decide which one I wear. Is there anyhting I can do?
