Boss kept me employed b/c he was having an affair with my mom

I live in SC. I'm 27yrs old. All of this started when I was in high school. This man, who was a family friend, hired me at two different jobs. Last year, I found out that he had been having an affair with my mom the entire time. I believe that he was keeping me employed in order to stay close to my mom.

Is there any legal action possible here?

Legal action for what? Come on! you are employed and your mother has a boyfriend who just happens to be your boss. If you don't like the situation, find other employment.
