okay...well The reason why I couldnt go is because I have graduation practice in the morning...but I think I could just go...as long as I dont miss the ceremony at night.

i dont want to try another extention because I think the judge would get mad and not judge my case accordingly

alright I sent in the extention and are awaiting another summons.

I now have a new question...if I dress to nice to court is this a bad thing (i.e. a suit, a nice shirt, and a tie) or should I just wear some slacks and a nice shirt and ditch the suit?

I go in a suit and tie ... but, that's just me.

I would suggest at LEAST business casual - slacks and a collared shirt.
